A Ha Body & Mind Yoga Class

There will be a 5 minute “Centering Meditation” at the beginning of the conference from 9:25am to 9:30am on Day 1 and a one hour yoga session from 7:30am to 8:30am on Day 2.

Hello! I’m Anna Buchanan. I’m a movement teacher with a focus on empowerment through body awareness.

I teach accessible yoga from a holistic perspective, for complete wellness of body & mind. My hybrid classes take teaching from Hatha-Vinyasa, Somatics, with sprinklings of science-backed techniques and ancient yogic practices. Melding these various techniques, together we’ll move, breathe and become calm, resilient and empowered.
