2023 Conference
We are offering a world class conference at a beautiful lakeside Resort for health care workers and volunteers involved with or interested in Palliative Care. Our conference this year will highlight providing palliative care to specific patient populations and communication skills.
This will be our second year offering a HYBRID event with both IN PERSON and VIRTUAL options.
At the end of Day 1 there will be an opportunity for drinks and networking on the patio prior to dinner and entertainment. We are thrilled to announce that this year’s entertainment will be FISCHER AND LOVATT a dynamic duo that play a mix of rock, pop, blues and folk with a wee bit of Irish and East Coast sound.
Please note that for people with limited mobility, there is one set of stairs with no elevator.
